AGROBASE Generation II®

Registered users have access to unlimited technical support, upgrades and new releases for the duration of their active license. AGROBASE Generation II® is an evolving and powerful software product by Agronomix Software, Inc, by whom it is licensed and fully supported.

Our staff are experienced in plant breeding and agronomic research, including a PhD in quantitative genetics. We recognize the investment and commitment you have made with our software, and also your need for qualified, and on-going technical support. We support what we sell!

A license of AGROBASE Generation II entitles you to support for events such as installation of Generation II, and for problems relating to use of the program, however we are not expected to offer support for operational problems due to network configurations, operating systems, TSRs (Terminate and Stay Resident), or other memory resident programs.

Our typical support hours are 9am to 5pm CST, Monday to Friday. You can contact us by email, phone or fax.



Bug Reporting

A bug is software behaviour that deviates from the design, product manual or online help, and a bug is not something that occurs as a result of incorrect network setup.

If you discover a bug, please document the details with a print screen and submit it by email to providing us with the best account for the matter at hand. Reports can also be faxed to us. Regardless of how you contact us, we will address your concerns as quickly as possible.



Importing Data from Excel

Almost everyone uses Microsoft Excel and thus the various import tools when using AGROBASE Generation II. In order to avoid or minimize problems when importing data from Excel, please consult this PDF.



Older versions of AGROBASE

Only AGROBASE Generation II® is supported.

However, if you are using an older version of AGROBASE then we recommend you purchase a license to AGROBASE Generation II® which is fully supported, please contact Agronomix Service for more information.



Updates

We aim to release at least one major upgrade to AGROBASE Generation II each year. Throughout the year there will be several minor updates which are included as part of the AGROBASE license.
